Princess (i)Reenie.

Yesterday on the radio, I heard a story about an old-time magician's assistant named Princess Irene, who holds forth as a hostess at the Magic Castle, a Hollywood tourist attraction. Something about her name sounded familiar. So I googled her picture. Here she is with Harry Blackstone.

But curiosity got the best of me, and I decided to google the name "Princess Reenie" also. Much to my delight and surprise I found that Princess Reenie is a recurring character in a Japanese Anime series called "Sailor Moon." You can read stories about her here. This is what she looks like. It seems that she is quite fond of pink and purper.
